The room I stayed in was spacious by European standards, with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually open (you know how rare that’s becoming). The bed was properly comfortable — not too soft, not too firm — and I appreciated the blackout curtains since Stockholm summers mean daylight until nearly midnight. What really stood out was the bathroom setup with a walk-in shower that had excellent water pressure. The work desk area is well-lit and functional if you need to get things done, and there are plenty of power outlets positioned where you actually need them.

There’s also a business center that’s actually quiet enough to use for calls, which isn’t always a given in four-star hotels.

  The hotel is conveniently located near de building in Kista I needed to be at. It's close to line 11: travelling to the city center is super easy.

  I knew that the hotel was luxurious based on the pictures I saw online, but I had no idea how luxurious it actually was until I got there! The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are supplied with cocoa, tea, coffee and small snacks, which is very sweet and thoughtful. The rooms and hotel are spotless! The location is super close to Helenelund train station, the metro station, Kista Galleria and Kistamassan. If I ever come to Kista in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
