  I have to say that it was a pleasure to stay in the best western hotel karlaplan, I don't have anything to complain, everything was nice and clean, all the staff of the hotels was always very educate, nice and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and it makes me feel as home, it has hot tea all day and cookies that makes you feel happy and warm everytime you arrive. The breakfast was spectacular every single day. I recommend the hotel. Congratulations to all that make it happen.
