  The staff is very friendly. I like the location of the hotel, because it is very close to the central station, and the airport is easily reachable by train and bus too. Beware that the rooms are tiny and you don't have the place to hang your coats, etc., which could be difficult if you stay there for longer than one or two nights, especially in Stockholm winter, when you have also bulky coats, hats, etc.
