Comfort Hotel Kista Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Comfort Hotel Kista, you immediately get that modern Scandinavian vibe — clean lines, warm wood accents, and none of the stuffiness you sometimes find at four-star properties. The lobby feels welcoming without trying too hard, and honestly, the staff here actually seem happy to see you. I mean, it’s Sweden, so they’re not going to be overly chatty, but there’s a genuine warmth that sets the tone for your stay.
The Kista Advantage
Here’s what most people don’t realize about staying in Kista — you’re actually in Stockholm’s tech hub, which means the area has this interesting energy that’s different from the touristy parts of Stockholm. The hotel sits right in the heart of it all on Isafjordsgatan, and you know what? Couples really get it (they rate the location 8.3, which tells you something). The Kista Galleria is basically next door when you need to grab something, and the T-bana station connects you to central Stockholm in about 20 minutes. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing real Stockholm life, not just the postcard version.
Your Room
The room design follows that Nordic minimalism perfectly — think clean whites, natural textures, and everything you need without the clutter. The beds are seriously comfortable (Swedish hotels really don’t mess around with sleep quality), and the bathrooms are compact but smartly designed. What I appreciate is how they’ve managed to make even the standard rooms feel spacious through clever use of light and mirrors. The windows are large enough that you actually get decent natural light, which matters more than you’d think during those short winter days.
Morning Fuel
The breakfast situation here is actually impressive — they’ve got this buffet setup that covers all the bases without feeling overwhelming. Continental classics, sure, but they also do vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options that don’t feel like afterthoughts. The Swedish breakfast staples are there (you’ll want to try the different breads), plus enough international options to keep everyone happy. It’s one of those breakfasts where you can fuel up properly for a day of exploring without feeling rushed or limited by weird timing restrictions.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about this place is how it balances being a proper business hotel with genuine comfort for leisure travelers. The parking situation is sorted if you’re driving (which isn’t always a given in Stockholm), and the location gives you that local perspective while keeping the city center totally accessible. Recent guests consistently rate it highly, and after staying here, I get why — it’s that rare hotel that delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. You’re not paying for unnecessary frills, but you’re also not sacrificing comfort or quality. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a Stockholm base.

Reviews of Comfort Hotel Kista
Chin from Hong Kong (9/10)
It's a good stay overall. Special thanks to the staff at barception on 14 May night shift (forgot to ask his name though..) who prepared a packed breakfast for me early in the morning as I needed to catch a train to airport and I could not stay till breakfast time. Very grateful for that.
Ariel from United States (8/10)
24 hours gym, good atmosphere in the lobby/common area, and just overall vibes. In the gym were signs to suggest workouts if you needed inspiration from beginner, moderate and advanced levels and a rowing machine, bike, and treadmill. Also, you could connect your music via Bluetooth to the speakers in the gym and a workout timer with intervals, tabata, etc Lastly this nice sustainability idea of donating unwanted clothes. Cool idea. I utilized it and overall felt good that someone in need will be able to use a shirt but also that it wouldn't take up space in my bag. If you are a shopper, the Krista Galleria mall is a 5 min walk that is open everyday and much later then most EU malls.

This hotel is close to the Kista metro stop and Helenelund station, it was very simple to get in and out of central Stockholm.
The breakfast was hot and tasty, there were lots of options available.László from Austria (8/10)
Good hotel in Kista, a 15 minutes tube ride +10 minutes walk from the city centre away, the neighbourhood felt safe also in the evening, however it's a little bit weird that you have to walk through a shopping centre in the evening where all shops are closed and there were no other prople than me.
Aleksander from Poland (8/10)

Restituto from Italy (9/10)
