The hotel sits on Alviksvägen, which might not mean much if you’re not familiar with the area, but it’s actually a pretty sweet spot. You’ve got the Bromma airport nearby (handy if you’re flying domestic), and the neighborhood has this residential feel that makes you feel like you’re experiencing how locals actually live. The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering — free private spots right on site, which is honestly a godsend if you’re driving around Sweden.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from the hotel’s name — modern, clean, and functional. Nothing fancy, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with a sore back (always my test for hotel beds), and the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. What I really appreciated were the little touches — decent WiFi that actually worked, blackout curtains that kept the summer light out during those ridiculously long Scandinavian days, and enough outlets near the bed for all my devices.

  Very comfortable apartment. Everything I needed and more. Super comfy bed and an easy train to the city. Free parking on site

  Perfect for a couple of days or a week in Stockholm; Bus and tram station very close to the house, bigger tram/metro station around 10 min by foot (where you can also find a supermarket and other stores). Around 15 min by tram/metro to city center.
  Very nice flat with super cozy bed and the possibility to sleep on the couch as well (for example for kids). The street directly in front of the house was not too busy during our stay, but can be a little loud if the windows are open.
  
  The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Private parking spot directly behind the house;

  Great location, in a lovely neighbourhood of Stockholm. Although it's on a main street, it was extremely quiet at night (for sleeping) and felt safe to walk in after dark.
  Spacious, but cosy apartment, freshly renovated including new kitchen & bathroom, with nice modern decor.
  Well-equipped kitchen.
  Easy access to public transport into the central city.
  Good amenities nearby, incl grocery store, pharmacy, eateries etc.
  It felt like living as a local for a few days 🙂
  
  (The only downside was not having laundry facilities in the apartment. Self-service laundromats don't really seem to be a thing in Stockholm, so just something to keep in mind if you're on an extended holiday like we were).
